1. Processing Times
All orders are handmade and processed within 2 days. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post or a reputable courier service. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be offered on orders over a specified amount, as advised.
4. Tracking
All orders include tracking where available. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
5. Delivery Issues
Jeha Designs is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather events or service disruptions).
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We are happy to assist where possible.
6. Authority to Leave
By placing an order, you authorise the delivery service to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not available to receive it, unless you request otherwise. Jeha Designs is not liable for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered.
7. International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times vary depending on destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
9. Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights to a remedy (such as a refund, replacement, or repair) for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
